Rivers Ledge apartment homes are beautifully designed inside and also the grounds surrounding the complex -  it feels more like a home than an apartment - all appliances including washer & dyer are top of the line - The management staff - Pam & Stephanie is so professional, helpful & supportive   - If anything is needed to be done maintenance staff responds quickly & will make sure it gets done - love the exercise/equipment building & ease of access to it - it's a great place to call “home”.

Rivers Ledge apartment complex really separates itself from others. The apartment, the view, the staff, the leasing office, and neighbors have provided a very pleasant experience. The amenities are top of the line from the golf simulator, the pickle ball court, gym, and everything else. The staff and leasing office are very easy to work with and educational, they're with you every step of the way throughout the leasing process as well as staying on top of all maintenance requests etc... Highly recommend the beautiful apartments that are brand new, which even come with a garage. Out of every apartment complex I've lived at, Rivers Ledge truly felt like home.

We are a couple of relative newcomers to Stoneledge Terrace (we’ve been here since late August) and want you to know how much we have appreciated Emily’s assistance over the last 5 months. She was so very helpful answering all our questions prior to leasing our apartment, and since then has gone out of her way to familiarize us with all that Stoneledge has to offer. We’ve had a few very minor issues with the apartment, and we have been so impressed not only with Emily’s quick response but also her timely follow-up to ensure that we were satisfied with the result. She’s taken time from her office duties to show me around the club, our garage, the apartment, and the grounds. Every encounter with her has been a real delight. She always has a smile and is happy to give you all the time you need to address an issue or to explore available options on the property. Emily is a terrific representative for Luizzi and, a wonderful employee.

"I literally thank God every day for guiding me to make this decision.  Luizzi Property Management is extraordinary.  When I believed, at my “senior” age, that it was prudent to give up my home of 37 years in the interest of safety (stairs, shoveling snow and ice, maintenance, etc.), there were a few nice choices to consider locally for apartment dwelling. Although budget was a consideration, Rivers Ledge far outweighed any other option I investigated – one of them also new construction.  There is no comparison when it comes to the unique layout of the RL complex itself, and especially the quality features in each apartment.  In a word . . . Luxurious!

If I had stayed in my home and “updated” it to come even close to here, I would have spent a fortune, and I still would have been left with stairs to navigate for laundry, sidewalk and driveway to shovel, ice to chop and routine repairs. Here, I have NONE OF THAT!!!!  The only thing I must do is replace the refrigerator filter every 6 months.  I rarely need to contact maintenance, but when I have required assistance, response is almost immediate and thorough.

I have a little dog that I walk daily, and it’s such a blessing to have a beautiful setting that is well lit, safe at night, and peaceful.  No city cracked sidewalks or mundane boring, noisy, city blocks to walk.  This is gorgeous whether I’m walking the River Front Park, the bike path, or the “loop” down toward the Community Garden and Fitness Center and back between apartment buildings.  Even sitting in my own patio affords a beautiful view and such tranquility.

When tenants missed our home gardens for flowers or vegetables, we inquired about the potential to have a community garden.  We were heard!  We didn’t just get a plot of dirt to do our planting.  We have a lovely fenced area with raised beds and water sources in a pretty setting near the pond at one end of the complex.  That is “customer service” at its finest!  And you can’t compete with this view, the sunsets, the security, the friendly neighbors, the birds chirping and Eagles soaring. The benefits of the “Amenities & Features” speak for themselves. I’m looking forward to enjoying the pool and grills next year. Living here makes me smile and count my blessings every day."

"I wanted to downsize now that my children are grown. I had reservations about living in an apartment after 38 years of owning my own home. My concerns were soon laid to rest after I settled in at Starbuck Island. It is very quiet, I do not hear my neighbors (I have people living above and below me). The maintenance crew are very efficient and respond quickly to a request for service. The property landscaping is well laid out and meticulously maintained. The walking paths are very nice to stroll along, and the views are stunning. The layout of my apartment has good flow, and the rooms are comfortable sizes. Having laundry appliances in my apartment is wonderfully convenient. I am very happy at Starbuck Island. There are more amenities that I have not mentioned, but they make life here enjoyable, convenient, and safe."

"My husband and I loved this apartment complex. We lived there for a little over 4 years and only moved out to purchase our first home. The grounds are beautiful and so are the apartments. Who couldn’t love the granite countertops and crown molding throughout?! Whenever we submitted a maintenance request, it was handled promptly and efficiently. The office staff was always considerate and accommodating. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to live. During the summers, we enjoyed relaxing by the pool and hanging out with our neighbors. It truly felt like a close knit community. During the winter months, snow was removed quickly. We truly lucked out finding Stoneledge! It was a great place to call home!"

They are simply the best. They have top notch management (best communication I have ever seen), very fair and open with any complaint (I had a few, and none was due to them), and the premise was very well taken care of. On top of that, when I come home (late), the view looking down at Troy is just the icing on the cake. Check out this place, if you haven't yet. "This is by far, the best apartment home I have ever lived in!! Where do I begin? Let’s start with the breathtaking views of the Hudson River. I mean, where else can you go and say you live on an island? Talk about swanky. The apartment feels like a house at 1,380 sf 2 beds, 2 baths! My balcony is twice the size I had and it truly feels like I have my own backyard. I would give Starbuck Island 10 ⭐️ If I could!! Austin is wonderful and can’t do enough for his residents. Do yourself a favor and move in! You can thank me later!"
